Saturday, December 9 - 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Program:

• 6 p.m.: Optional healthy meal at 'De Baar'

• 7 p.m.: Welcome with refreshing cup of tea

• 19u30: Singing bowls experience, experience the calming effect of the sound of the singing bowls but also the intensity of the silence between these sounds

• 8pm - 9pm: Free use of sauna, hammam, infrared and outdoor pool

• 9pm - 9:30pm: Banja ritual in Finnish sauna, Experience the invigorating scent and soothing power of the branches of the birch tree. Come to complete relaxation during this ritual where you will enjoy a personalized massage with birch branches.

• 9:30pm - 10pm: Free use of sauna, hammam, infrared and outdoor pool

• The 'Baar' is open for refreshments from 2 to midnight
