3 course menu: spring on your plate with local ingredients
subscribe before friday may 19th 12h

 

 

Burrata in a 'gazpacho' of cucumber, southern tomatoes & pickled onion

Sirloin steak, green asparagus, parmesan & veal gravy with balsamic vinegar

or

salmon with miso lacquered, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus

We also have an improbably delicious, vegetarian version of the menu (upon request)

red fruit and mint mascarpone
