About Athena Helios
Athena Helios is a naturist campsite run by an association, supported by a dedicated professional team, together with members and enthusiastic volunteers. We are looking for someone who has a clear affinity with naturism, feels truly at home here, and also wants to live on the campsite.
What does the position entail?
As a manager, you are the daily point of contact at the campsite. You combine various roles and ensure that everything runs smoothly and harmoniously.
Reception & administration
Reception and concierge function
- Processing and following up on reservations
- Reception, information, and assistance for guests
Campsite management & organization
Monitoring compliance with campsite rules
Point of contact for regular guests, tourists, and volunteers
General organization and daily operation of the campground
Communication via social media to attract guests and increase visibility
Bar & club life
Opening and organizing the bar, together with volunteers
Planning and organization of activities
Motivating, guiding, and managing volunteers
Technology & maintenance
Basic maintenance and inspection of the swimming pool
Performing or coordinating minor maintenance
Performing and/or coordinating electrical work
Key figure between management and external contractors
Technical interest is important; experience is a plus.

Athena Helios is currently undergoing a phase of reconstruction and renewal. Together with the board, you will contribute to:
Eliminating backlogged maintenance
Practical and feasible short-term investments
Developing a sustainable long-term vision
